The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is a professional Registered Nurse reporting to the unit director/manager. This role utilizes the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within the assigned shift. The ANM supports the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services while providing managerial presence for all shifts.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
