PediaStaff is a mission-focused, collaborative team dedicated to supporting positive outcomes for children in schools nationwide. We are committed to ethical practice and building long-term relationships with the students, families, and educational communities we serve. Our platform connects talented professionals with opportunities to make a tangible difference in the lives of young learners across the country.
As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will join a supportive environment where you can provide evidence-based therapy services to students in an educational setting. This role exists to ensure every student receives the comprehensive care they need to overcome speech, language, and communication challenges. You will be the bridge between clinical expertise and the school environment, working closely with teachers, families, and related service providers to foster student progress.
In this position, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of disorders, including articulation, phonological, fluency, and voice issues, as well as language and literacy interventions. Your day will involve conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing and monitoring individualized education program (IEP) goals, and providing both individual and group therapy sessions. You will also play a key role in RTI/MTSS support, screenings, and consultation, ensuring that students receive timely and appropriate interventions. Beyond clinical duties, you will educate staff and families on effective communication strategies and maintain accurate, timely documentation to track progress and ensure compliance with state regulations and district policies.
Candidates interested in joining our team are encouraged to apply directly through our career portal. The selection process is designed to be efficient and respectful of your time, focusing on finding the right fit for both the candidate and our school partners. Selected applicants will move through a streamlined review of credentials and experience, followed by an interview to discuss clinical philosophy and team alignment. Successful candidates will then complete necessary background checks and school-based clearances before onboarding.
At PediaStaff, we value diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our work. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, religion, gender, or identity. We believe that a diverse team leads to better outcomes for the children we serve, and we strive to create an environment where every professional feels supported and empowered to do their best work.
