About the Role
PediaStaff seeks a School Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based speech, language, and communication services to students in educational settings. You will join a mission-focused, collaborative team dedicated to ethical practice and helping children access the communication skills they need to succeed in school and beyond.
In this position, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and deliver individual and group therapy. Your day will involve collaborating closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. You will also support RTI/MTSS initiatives, document progress, and ensure compliance with IDEA and state regulations.
