About the Role

You will provide individual and group counseling to address immediate needs while conducting assessments to develop targeted intervention plans. Your work extends beyond the counseling room; you will participate in IEP and 504 processes, design data-informed prevention programs, and coordinate crisis interventions with community agencies. By maintaining accurate records and advocating for student access to resources, you will help align school supports with broader academic and behavioral goals.
