About the Role
We are currently partnering with a school district in Baltimore, Maryland, to hire a School Physical Therapist for a local contract. This role is designed for professionals at any stage of their career—whether you are just starting out, have years of experience, or are looking to transition into a school setting. The position focuses on developing and implementing educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
In this role, you will evaluate students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services. You will be responsible for collecting therapy data, maintaining accurate student records, and monitoring progress toward student goals. Success in this position requires collaborating and communicating effectively with the school's interdisciplinary team and student guardians. Depending on the specific needs of the district, you may also be asked to travel between school locations or supervise assistants.
