Your role extends beyond driving; you are responsible for maintaining the bus in a clean and properly working condition at all times. You will determine and follow safe, efficient routes, ensuring that no child spends more than one hour on the bus. A critical part of your day involves verifying that every child is secured in age-appropriate safety restraints and executing safe loading and unloading procedures. You will also lead monthly evacuation drills, keeping the community prepared for emergencies.
