About the Role
As a Part Time School Bus Driver in Green Bay, WI, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of students. You will start students' days with morning pickups and transport them safely back home in the afternoon. This role is designed for those seeking a flexible schedule with split shifts (AM/PM routes) on weekdays only, with no nights, weekends, holidays, or summers required.
No prior experience is necessary to become a school bus driver. We provide expert training and guidance to help you become a safe and professional driver, including Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP) and Commercial Driver's License (CDL) training. Your day will involve safely transporting students to and from school and activities, supervising boarding and unloading, and maintaining order on the bus. You will also conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep the bus clean and sanitary, and communicate with parents and school staff. Additional hours for field trips and special event transportation may be available.
