As a Part Time School Bus Driver in Rochester, WA, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of students. You will start students' days with morning pickup before school and transport them safely back home in the afternoon. Additional hours for field trips and special event transportation may be available.
No prior experience is necessary to become a school bus driver. We provide expert training and guidance to help you become a safe and professional driver. Your day will involve safely transporting students to and from school and activities, supervising boarding and unloading, and maintaining order on the bus. You will conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report mechanical issues, and communicate with parents and school staff.
This role is perfect for retirees, stay-at-home parents, veterans, or anyone seeking a second career with a flexible schedule. You will be a trusted figure for students and families, enjoying a part-time schedule with split shifts (AM/PM routes) on weekdays only. There are no nights, weekends, holidays, or summers required.
