Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is dedicated to making a difference in school-based settings. This full-time position is designed for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) who loves working with children and seeks meaningful, impactful work that supports a healthy work-life balance. As a PDS SLP, you will work directly with students in their educational environment, delivering high-quality, individualized services based on student IEPs and 504 plans.
You will conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics. Your role involves collaborating with school staff and families to support student goals and participating in IEP meetings to contribute to a positive school culture. This role is ideal for Clinical Fellows (CFs) or seasoned CCC-SLPs looking for a stable, enriching environment.
School-based roles with PDS offer a predictable weekday schedule that aligns with school hours, including summers off and built-in holidays. We offer optional compensation spread over 12 months to ensure consistent pay throughout the year, even during school breaks.
