About the Team

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is dedicated to making a difference in school-based settings. We provide a supportive environment where Speech-Language Pathologists can build lasting relationships with students, teachers, and school teams while contributing to their academic and social success.

About the Role

This full-time position is designed for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) who loves working with children and seeks meaningful, impactful work that supports a healthy work-life balance. As a PDS SLP, you will work directly with students in their educational environment, delivering high-quality, individualized services based on student IEPs and 504 plans.

You will conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics. Your role involves collaborating with school staff and families to support student goals and participating in IEP meetings to contribute to a positive school culture. This role is ideal for Clinical Fellows (CFs) or seasoned CCC-SLPs looking for a stable, enriching environment.

Why Choose PDS?

School-based roles with PDS offer a predictable weekday schedule that aligns with school hours, including summers off and built-in holidays. We offer optional compensation spread over 12 months to ensure consistent pay throughout the year, even during school breaks.

We are committed to your professional growth with opportunities to mentor, join leadership teams, or specialize in areas like bilingual services, AAC, or early childhood. Whether you are new to the field or experienced, you will have access to a tailored mentorship program, ongoing CEUs, and a supportive internal team of SLPs, OTs, PTs, and school-based professionals. If you are not yet licensed in the state, our experienced licensing team will guide you through the process.

Hiring Process

If you are passionate about communication and want to empower children where they learn and grow every day, we invite you to apply. Please use our quick, mobile-friendly application to join us in making a lasting difference.

Equal Opportunity

PDS is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
