About the Role
The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher, and/or supervising designee. This role is vital to ensuring a supportive learning environment where every student can succeed.
In addition to instructional support, the School Aide may provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility, and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker, or other health care professional. You will be a key partner in the daily lives of students, offering the care and attention they need to focus on their education.
