About the Role
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our care team's operations, ensuring seamless staffing and optimal coverage. Your role is critical in maintaining the high quality of care our residents receive by proactively managing schedules and filling open shifts promptly. You will work independently to balance staffing needs, reduce unnecessary overtime, and support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting the delivery of exceptional care.

Compensation
