About the Role
You will join a small, close-knit fabrication team in Hernando, MS, where you can learn directly from highly experienced welders and fabricators. Work Environment
This position is based in a small, non-temperature-controlled fabrication shop. You will work in varying seasonal conditions using saws, band saws, hand tools, and other machine shop equipment. The role is fully onsite and requires comfort with a physically demanding workload.

Requirements
