About the Role

We are seeking a Sauna & Steam Customer Support Specialist to support our residential and commercial clients. This is a trade-focused technical support role, distinct from IT support. The work centers on troubleshooting physical systems such as sauna and steam equipment, wiring, plumbing, and installation conditions.

This position is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who understands how things are built and enjoys troubleshooting physical systems. You will confidently talk through technical solutions over the phone and email, guiding customers step-by-step through practical, real-world solutions. While we don't expect you to arrive as a sauna or steam expert, we do need someone who is mechanically minded, curious, patient, and eager to learn a specialized, fast-growing trade. We provide thorough training to help you master how our products are wired, assembled, plumbed, and installed.
