About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP EPPM Lead Consultant to serve as a strategic partner for large-scale datacenter construction programs. This role is critical for driving project execution across multiple business functions, ensuring that complex CAPEX-driven construction portfolios are managed with precision and financial rigor.
As the Lead Consultant, you will act as the bridge between technical configuration and business outcomes. Your day-to-day involves designing and configuring the end-to-end datacenter construction lifecycle within SAP, from initial project structuring and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to final settlement and Asset Under Construction (AUC) capitalization. You will collaborate closely with Real Estate, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Commissioning teams to standardize processes, deploy templates, and provide governance support. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment where they can lead stakeholder discussions, optimize financial controls, and deliver actionable insights through advanced reporting dashboards.

Requirements
- verified12+ years SAP PS/EPPM consulting experience
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or related field
- verifiedSAP PS Certification preferred
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP PPM, Primavera P6, Earned Value Management (EVM), Construction PMO Processes, Commissioning Operations, building dashboards and analytics solutions, exposure to automation and process optimization initiatives, and SAP PS Certification.
