About the Role

B&A is seeking a SAP Development Consultant - Technical Senior Consultant to support a federal government client operating within a classified environment. This role is designed for a seasoned ABAP developer to lead the design, development, and sustainment of custom ABAP solutions that extend and optimize SAP ERP/S4HANA capabilities. You will work to support complex federal business requirements, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality, secure, and maintainable within rigorous change management and cybersecurity standards.

In this position, you will partner with functional consultants, solution architects, and federal IT security teams to translate functional specifications into robust code. Your day-to-day will involve deep collaboration across the development lifecycle, from analyzing requirements and designing enhancements to conducting code reviews and managing transport requests. You will be a key contributor to a team that values continuous learning and growth, working in an environment where your technical expertise directly impacts critical national infrastructure.
