We are seeking an experienced SAP Developer and Global Support Manager to join our Enterprise Applications division. In this onsite role, you will serve as a key technical lead, providing development and functional analysis for critical SAP FI, Treasury, and Logistics functionalities. You will work within defined project schedules and adhere to the division's architecture standards while collaborating closely with the client's development team lead.
This position is designed for a seasoned architect who can bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business needs. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of SAP solutions, from design and development to testing, maintenance, and production support. A significant part of your day will involve mentoring less experienced team members, defining implementation roadmaps, and ensuring high-quality code that meets strict development standards.
You will be an integral part of a team focused on delivering robust enterprise-wide software solutions. Success in this role requires a logical, structured approach to time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners to validate solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing landscapes.
The role demands strong verbal and written communication skills, as you will frequently interact with stakeholders to define business requirements, create training materials, and provide necessary training. You will also assist in defining hardware specifications and managing system upgrades, support packs, and troubleshooting efforts.
