About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP RAP Developer Lead to provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This role is critical for driving enterprise-scale SAP transformation initiatives, requiring a unique blend of deep RAP expertise and proven leadership capabilities to manage development teams effectively.
As the Lead, you will serve as the design authority across projects, establishing development standards and coding guidelines to ensure engineering excellence. Your day-to-day involves mentoring teams on cloud-native ABAP and SAP integration best practices while performing high-level code reviews and performance tuning. You will bridge the gap between complex backend architectures and modern frontend experiences, ensuring seamless integration between SAP BTP applications and core systems like SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
