About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to drive our enterprise SAP modernization journey. This position is critical for supporting both ECC and S/4HANA environments while enabling a "Clean Core" and an upgrade-safe future on SAP BTP. You will partner closely with functional, integration, and architecture teams to evolve how our core business domains operate, ensuring technical standards and strategic initiatives are met.
The role emphasizes modern ABAP development, including RAP, CDS, AMDP, and OData, alongside deep SAP HANA optimization. You will contribute to technical standards and continuous modernization initiatives, working within dual-landscape environments to support ECC to S/4HANA conversions and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop, enhance, and support SAP applications across ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA environments
- check_circleDesign and implement scalable ABAP solutions using RAP, CDS, AMDP, and OData services
- check_circleBuild and support SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 solutions with a focus on performance and scalability
- check_circleSupport ECC to S/4HANA conversions including SPAU/SPDD activities and custom code remediation
- check_circleDevelop and extend side-by-side applications on SAP BTP aligned with Clean Core principles
- check_circleOptimize application performance on SAP HANA using code pushdown and efficient Open SQL
- check_circleCollaborate with functional and architecture teams on design reviews and solution delivery
- check_circleParticipate in code reviews and provide mentoring to support continuous modernization initiatives
- check_circleDesign and implement SAP integrations using IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, SOAP, and REST APIs
- check_circleProvide ongoing production support, enhancements, and defect resolution for SAP systems
- check_circleDefine and enforce ABAP quality and performance standards using tools like ATC and Code Inspector
