This full-time day shift position operates on a consistent rotating schedule from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. As a member of the Sanitation team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and operational efficiency within our manufacturing facility. Your work ensures that equipment and environments are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for production, directly supporting our commitment to quality and customer trust.
You will be responsible for executing daily cleaning tasks according to Master Sanitation and Deep Cleaning Schedules, while also performing preventive maintenance on Clean-in-Place (CIP) equipment. The role involves troubleshooting pre-operational failures through root cause analysis, conducting pathogen environmental monitoring, and managing bulk chemical areas. Additionally, you will serve as a vital part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), handling hazardous materials incidents and ensuring the plant is prepared for any safety event.
