The Cybersecurity Manager serves as the strategic guardian of the organization's security posture, ensuring alignment with industry standards, contractual obligations, and rigorous regulatory requirements. This position is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical security operations and business objectives, specifically within the energy sector.
The role exists to drive continuous improvement in how the organization manages risk, ensuring that critical infrastructure and customer data remain protected against evolving threats. You will act as the primary liaison between cybersecurity, product, engineering, and legal teams, translating complex compliance mandates into actionable strategies.
Your work will center on maintaining the organization's compliance with NERC CIP standards and managing key certifications like ISO 27001 and SOC2. You will lead internal and external audits, review customer contracts for security obligations, and oversee the development of incident response plans. Beyond technical oversight, you will foster a culture of security by designing awareness programs and leading tabletop exercises to test organizational readiness.
This role is open to qualified applicants within the United States. Given our global footprint, you should expect to participate in video conference calls originating from different time zones, including coordination with our headquarters in Seoul, South Korea. The position anticipates travel of up to 10% to support audits, training, and team collaboration.
