About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Sourcing & RFP Specialist Sr. to lead complex IT procurement and sourcing initiatives within our enterprise environment. This role is pivotal in managing a procurement portfolio exceeding $20M annually, ensuring strategic alignment between technology needs and business objectives.
In this position, you will drive end-to-end RFP and RFQ processes for software, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services. You will serve as a key collaborator across IT, legal, finance, security, and executive stakeholders, guiding vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and the establishment of robust SLAs and KPIs. Your day-to-day will involve conducting cost analyses and TCO evaluations while managing supplier relationships and compliance activities to optimize our technology spend and performance.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in our local area, requiring an onsite presence two days per week. We welcome local candidates or those willing to relocate to join our team.
