We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sanitation Coordinator to manage and coordinate sanitation and quality system activities. The position predominantly operates on the 3rd shift, requiring flexibility to adjust schedules based on plant needs.
In this capacity, you will serve as a vital link between leadership and the production floor. You will initiate and manage inspection and environmental swabbing schedules, record and analyze sanitation and microbiological results, and maintain up-to-date documentation and procedures. As a key team member, you will support internal and customer audits, execute reaction plans for food safety and quality issues, and serve as relief for the Sanitarian during absences or vacations.
