About the Role

This entry-level Salesperson position is designed to support our DIY business and drive sales and service objectives. You will serve as a key resource for customers, combining product expertise with operational knowledge to deliver an excellent shopping experience. Whether on the sales floor or in the service bay, your role ensures that store systems, inventory processes, and automotive standards are maintained with precision.

The position offers flexibility, allowing you to work part-time or full-time. While prior experience in a diverse retail environment is preferred, the role is built for those eager to learn store systems, basic automotive mechanics, and parts sourcing from hubs, PDQs, and external suppliers. Success in this role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness.

Work Environment

You will primarily work inside the store, but the role also involves occasional outdoor tasks, such as installing batteries and wiper blades, which may expose you to various weather conditions. The environment includes interaction with moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and electrical systems, requiring a high standard of safety awareness. The noise level is typically moderate, and the physical demands include frequent walking, standing, and lifting items up to 50 pounds (occasionally up to 100 pounds).
