About the Role
This position serves as a strategic leader dedicated to expanding Tavant's consulting business within the Salesforce ecosystem. The role exists to drive revenue growth by creating innovative, differentiated offerings that align with Salesforce's broader strategy. You will be responsible for leading the go-to-market approach for new services, targeting both existing customers and new prospects across the USA and internationally.
In this capacity, you will act as a bridge between Tavant's sales, delivery, and marketing functions. You will collaborate closely with Tavant's vertical industry teams and the Salesforce Delivery Team to ensure seamless alignment from the sales cycle through to the execution of new deals. A key component of the role involves managing and mentoring the Tavant Salesforce Alliance Director, fostering strong relationships within Salesforce industry teams to enhance Tavant's visibility and credibility.
The day-to-day rhythm involves devising strategies to grow consulting revenues, executing marketing campaigns to build the Tavant Salesforce brand, and generating leads. You will also play a pivotal role in the recruitment and retention of the Salesforce Practice Team, coordinating with the People Management Group to ensure the practice is staffed with top talent. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate a global environment, collaborating with resources across North America, India, Europe, and Mexico, and traveling to customer and prospect locations as needed.
