We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical Associate Director of Sales Force Effectiveness to support and elevate commercial performance through data-driven insights, strategic alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a highly visible role that plays a critical part in enabling sales efficiency, optimizing field operations, and translating complex analytics into actionable business strategies.
The ideal candidate blends strong analytical capabilities with exceptional communication and influence skills. You will partner closely with sales leadership and a wide range of internal stakeholders to design and implement incentive compensation plans, optimize territory structures, and provide strategic insights that drive business outcomes. This position requires the ability to lead through influence without direct authority, fostering collaborative partnerships in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
You will build strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Medical, Operations, and Analytics teams to enable integrated decision-making. Your work will involve representing sales force priorities in cross-functional forums and identifying follow-up actions to support execution. By partnering with business insights and forecasting teams, you will ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across reporting and analytics, while also evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance sales force effectiveness.
