About the Role

As a Captive Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge captive insurance strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. This position is designed for an experienced property and casualty sales professional with a passion for innovative risk management solutions who thrives in dynamic environments.

In this role, you will guide captives to achieve optimal financial performance while maintaining a consultative relationship with current clients and agency partners. You will act as the Captive Lead on group captive programs, serving as the vital liaison between agency partners, clients, and vendor partnerships. Your insights and creativity will drive success and transformation in a rapidly evolving industry, helping to redefine the future of captive insurance alongside your team.
