As a Sales Workplace Solutions Director, you will serve as a strategic driver of revenue growth within a defined territory. This role exists to deliver innovative workplace and global mobility solutions, focusing on selling both local and global offerings to key targets. You will be the face of Hilldrup in your region, managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and face-to-face meetings to presenting solutions and closing new and existing business.
In this position, you will not only identify opportunities but also build lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves researching media resources, attending networking events and trade shows, and initiating contact with leads. You will ensure service excellence and client satisfaction by providing oversight during service delivery and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Success in this role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment and possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
