About the Role
As a Wireless Specialist, you will be the face of our team, connecting with customers to discover their needs and providing individualized service to equip them with the wireless products and services they require. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals seeking a career in retail sales with opportunities for growth and financial stability.
You will practice our core values while building relationships with a diverse customer base. Your day-to-day involves facilitating retail sales, creating additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our equipment and services. You will also handle daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and cash management, while working toward daily and monthly sales goals.
