As a Sales Trainee, you will learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar's sales process through a mix of formal training sessions and hands-on learning. You will be exposed to all areas of the business, receiving specialized training and a comprehensive overview of the industry before transitioning into a dedicated sales role.
Your journey will involve rotating through different areas of the business, including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional, and project processes. This immersive approach ensures you develop deep product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment while mastering Graybar's sales and distribution processes.
