About the Role
As a Sales Trainee, you will learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar's sales process through a mix of formal training sessions and hands-on learning. You will be exposed to all areas of the business, receiving specialized training and a comprehensive overview of the industry before transitioning into a dedicated sales role.
In this position, you will rotate through different areas of the business, including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional, and project processes. This structure is designed to build a deep understanding of Graybar's operations while developing your product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
