About Specialty Sales

Specialty Sales is a team of specialized consultants dedicated to meeting guests where they are at. We deliver for our guests through strong operations, incredible guest experiences, and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire and build the basket. Teams in Apparel and Accessories, Home, Baby, Beauty, and Electronics prioritize guest experience while ensuring product is available and easy to shop.

About the Role

As a Specialty Sales Team Leader, you will lead a team of consultants to create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience. No two days are ever the same, but your role involves blending the completion of tasks with a guest-first culture. You will plan daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities, lead multiple businesses while balancing team expertise, and hold team members accountable for their performance.

You will actively observe and provide feedback, recognizing great guest experience moments while driving results that elevate the guest experience. Your day will include modeling a service culture, ensuring inclusivity by valuing diverse voices, and partnering with third-party vendors to maintain brand standards. You will also support backroom processes, participate in hiring and onboarding, and occasionally assume store-level leadership responsibilities to enable the guest experience during assigned shifts.
