Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLog and document all customer interactions within the ticketing system
- check_circleIdentify opportunities to drive process improvements for client experience
- check_circleDevelop knowledge of software and supporting infrastructure
- check_circleMaintain high punctuality and consistent attendance standards
- check_circleTravel at least one week per month throughout the US and Canada
- check_circleContribute to the Knowledge Base to support team processes
- check_circleHandle incoming external and internal issues through phone, email, and live chat
- check_circleCollaborate with other departments to streamline service delivery
Requirements
