About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Support professional to join our Building Materials division. This position is designed for an individual deeply familiar with sales processes and customer relationship management within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our sales strategies and interacting directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between our sales team and our clients. Your day will involve managing schedules, creating sales documents and proposals, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will interact with customers to handle inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless experience that fosters long-term relationships. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks necessary for successful sales operations, prepare reports on sales metrics, and help analyze data to determine market trends.
