We have an opening for a Part Time Sales Supervisor at our Ontario Mills location in Ontario, CA. This role is designed for successful retail associates ready to take the next step into store leadership. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. Your mission is to motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store. You will help create a positive team environment, keeping associates focused on achieving store and personal goals, and recognizing their successes to boost morale.
