About the Role
We have an opening for a Part Time Sales Supervisor at our Houston Premium Outlets (Cypress, TX) location. The Sales Supervisor works with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. You will motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence, while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store. This is a dynamic environment where you will contribute to a positive team culture, keeping associates focused on achieving store and personal goals while recognizing their successes to boost morale.
