Working alongside the Assistant Manager and Store Manager, you will drive business success while motivating the team and modeling customer service excellence. This role is designed for those eager to gain the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store.

About the Role

We have an opening for a Full Time Sales Supervisor at our Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets location in Orlando, FL. In this position, you will be challenged by smart, committed co-workers and pushed to be your best. You will be responsible for meeting personal sales goals, motivating others to drive store performance, and ensuring exemplary customer service standards are met across the floor. Your day will involve coordinating team activities, recognizing associate successes to boost morale, and maintaining a positive, focused team environment. You will also process customer transactions while adhering to company cash handling policies and ensuring merchandise is presented according to company standards.
