About the Role

The Sales Supervisor works closely with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success at our The Outlets at Orange (Orange, CA) location. You will motivate the store team and serve as a model of customer service excellence while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store. Your mission is to maximize profitability through exceptional service, ensure customer areas remain clean and present, and contribute to a positive team environment where associates are recognized for their successes.
