About the Role
As a Professional Sales Consultant, you will be the bridge between our customers and their ideal home furnishing solutions. You will be driven to take world-class care of customers, achieve sales goals, and continuously strive to improve. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships based on trust and rapport. Whether interacting virtually through our online digital showroom or inside one of our beautiful stores, you will listen attentively, ask the right questions, and deliver the perfect design solution every time.
You will receive unrivaled training to master our quality-crafted products, the technology that streamlines our work, and our unique customer-focused sales approach. Beyond sales, you will play a key role in maintaining price cards and ensuring your assigned areas are pristine. We focus on exceptional customer experiences, and you will share in the joy of the end result alongside your customers.
Schedule & Flexibility
We understand that retail peaks during weekends and evenings, but we also value your family time. After training, we offer flexible scheduling options to balance work and life:
- Full Time: 40-hour schedule
- Modified Full Time: 32-36 hour schedule
- Part Time: Up to 28 hours a week
We work with you to set a schedule that fits your needs while ensuring we cover our busiest times.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Working towards or having a 2-year or 4-year college degree. Big ticket top writer commission sales experience, such as in home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, or appliances.
