As a full-time Retail Sales Associate, you will greet and engage customers to uncover their home furnishing needs, helping them turn their design visions into reality. Using a consultative approach, you will generate sales by building rapport through strong interpersonal skills and honest conversations filled with integrity. Your role involves explaining financing and protection plans, demonstrating product value, and working as a team to achieve sales goals while encouraging customers to complete their room designs.
