This position serves as the primary sales link to our customers, delivering exceptional experiences through in-person, phone, or electronic interactions. You will be accountable for providing high-level customer service while conducting general sales procedures and clerical transactions. A key part of your day involves inspecting vehicles with customers to build relationships, demonstrating available products, and sharing technical knowledge to recommend the best solutions for their needs.
You will maintain a thorough understanding of all products, services, and policies, preparing accurate estimates and setting reasonable expectations regarding costs and completion times. The role requires managing work-order flow, ensuring store processes are followed consistently, and performing accurate clerical tasks such as sales transactions, product ordering, and drawer management. Additionally, you will uphold safety rules, communicate professionally with vendors and co-workers, and step in to perform basic management responsibilities in the absence of leadership. This role offers a clear path for growth, with the potential to eventually lead to an Assistant Store Leader position.
Candidates must possess at least six months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in an automotive setting, and be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license. The selection process evaluates your ability to manage time effectively, lift heavy objects, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
