About Year Up United

Year Up United is an intensive, one-year or less job training program designed to empower young adults. Through four unique career pathways, the organization provides in-classroom skill development, access to internships, job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Participants also receive an educational stipend to support their journey.

About the Customer Experience Pathway

If you are passionate about building relationships or possess an entrepreneurial mindset and wish to gain exposure to running a business, the Customer Experience pathway is designed for you. This track combines technical and professional training in Banking or Customer Success with access to internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement, our industry-leading talent placement firm.

Internships may be secured at leading organizations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, including JPMorganChase and Bank of America. The program aims to equip you with product and service knowledge, a customer-centric mindset, comprehensive finance training, and essential professional business and communication skills. You will also receive support in interviewing, networking, and resume building to help launch your career.

Eligibility and Application

To apply to Year Up United, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be a high school graduate or GED recipient.
• Be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Be available Monday through Friday throughout the duration of the program.
• Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Have not yet obtained a Bachelor's degree.
