As a Sales Manager for Military & Government at Crowne Plaza Resort Guam, you will serve as the strategic bridge between the resort and key defense and government sectors. This role exists to drive revenue growth by developing and executing targeted sales strategies that meet specific occupancy and profitability goals. You will be the primary point of contact for direct client relationships, coordinating with travel agents, tour operators, visitor bureaus, and the broader IHG Sales Team to secure business across bedrooms, meeting spaces, and food & beverage outlets.
Your day-to-day involves a dynamic blend of relationship building and operational leadership. You will foster a collaborative "one team" environment, ensuring colleagues deliver on compliance and brand standards while driving a culture of quality service. From optimizing revenue during seasonal military exercises and ship visits to coordinating complex group conventions, you will manage the full sales lifecycle. Beyond revenue generation, you are a brand ambassador, enhancing the guest experience by providing local insights and ensuring the Crowne Plaza Brand Promise is delivered in every interaction.

This position is based in Guam, USA. Candidates must be able to work in Guam without restrictions, specifically US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, or residents of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM).
