Your journey begins by attending pre-confirmed appointments between 1 pm and 7:30 pm. You will deliver dynamic in-home presentations and showcase industry-leading products, utilizing innovative software for precise measurements. The role involves assessing damage via ladder or attic inspections, ensuring safety by avoiding roof work. You will guide homeowners through financing and contract processing with confidence, setting the stage for your transition into management.
As an MIT, you will shadow Sales Managers to learn leadership fundamentals while gaining hands-on mentorship. You will excel in sales while beginning to mentor new hires and assist in training initiatives. As you progress, you will take on increasing responsibility in coaching, team development, and strategy, working cross-functionally with marketing and installation teams to ensure a seamless homeowner experience.
The program is designed to transition you from a top performer to a top leader. You will lead and develop your own team, driving sales performance, training new reps, and leading strategy meetings. As you advance in leadership, you will earn higher commissions and team-based bonuses.
