GBG's Global Gaming team partners with leading operators, platforms, and technology providers across online gaming and sports betting worldwide. We help customers navigate complex regulatory environments, mitigate fraud, verify identity with confidence, and deliver secure, trusted player experiences at scale. The Role: Sales Manager, Gaming
As Sales Manager for GBG's Global Gaming Sales team, you will serve as a player-coach, balancing direct revenue ownership with team leadership and development. You will lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives while managing your own portfolio of high-value gaming customers and prospects. In this role, you will drive new business, expand existing accounts, and position GBG's identity, fraud, and location solutions as strategic advantages for gaming operators navigating regulatory complexity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful customer outcomes and sustain long-term growth in a competitive market.

- check_circleProvide guidance on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and resource allocation
- check_circleLead pipeline reviews, forecast updates, and sales performance evaluations
- check_circleRepresent GBG at industry events and strategic partner engagements
- check_circleLead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives to exceed revenue targets
- check_circleExecute complex deals through customer meetings, proposals, and negotiations
Requirements
- verifiedProven experience leading or mentoring sales teams in SaaS, identity, fraud, regtech, payments, or gaming
- verifiedDemonstrated success as an individual contributor in enterprise or strategic sales
- verifiedStrong understanding of the online gaming and sports betting space including regulatory and operational dynamics
- verifiedExperience managing multi-product or platform-based enterprise sales cycles
