About the Role
As a Sales Management Trainee, you will start your career learning our business from day one, based out of one of our neighborhood branches in South Philadelphia. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
In this hands-on learning environment, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You will receive the guidance and support necessary to succeed while establishing relationships in the community essential to building your own business. Our culture of friendly competition is critical to growing our business and your success, teaching you to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while always putting our customers first.
Hiring Process
We are currently hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. Candidates selected for this role will be expected to live in South Philadelphia or Delaware County within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
