About the Role
The Sales Lead is a strategic driver of new business development across North America's heavy industrial sectors. This role exists to expand the company's footprint by identifying and securing opportunities for energy efficiency and electrification solutions, specifically leveraging MV motors, VFD technologies, and industrial optimization.
You will serve as the primary commercial face for the Oil & Gas, Steel, Metals, and Cement sectors. The position requires an entrepreneurial spirit to navigate complex technical sales environments, building robust relationships with operators, engineering firms, and key industrial stakeholders. Your mission is to translate technical capabilities into tangible value for clients while growing the company's market presence across the region.
