About the Role
As a Specialist Sales Front Desk, you will be the face of our brand, assisting owners and guests by providing exceptional experiences and events that create memorable vacation memories. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
A typical day involves meeting and greeting guests scheduled for sales presentations or those stopping by the sales gallery for general information. You will anticipate and address guest needs, ensuring everyone is comfortable and offering refreshments while they wait. Your role is critical in promoting brand awareness internally and externally while working to exceed budgeted sales presentation and volume production goals. Additionally, you will manage site marketing programs by creating, logging, and expediting premiums and gifts.
Hiring Process
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with sales or customer service experience who enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Sales experience is preferred. Please note that this position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements. Physical requirements include the ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
