About the Role
As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will play a vital role in assisting our Owners and guests with experiences and events that create memorable vacation memories. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic setting where great benefits lead to a fulfilled life.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our Owners and their vacation experiences. You will answer questions regarding property use and location amenities, making tailored recommendations based on discovery insights. Your day will involve following up on referrals, fulfilling requests for pricing and portfolio information, and contacting Owners to monitor satisfaction and develop business opportunities like reloads and referrals. You will also maintain detailed records to support effective follow-ups and ensure a seamless guest experience by anticipating needs and interacting professionally with colleagues and guests.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The selection process may require a background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements. Please note that the incumbent is required to maintain an active and in-good-standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
