About the Role
This position is dedicated to providing strategic direction to ensure our stores operate at the highest company standards. You will be the driving force behind guest service excellence, store presentation, and the successful execution of promotional efforts. Your focus will extend to maintaining strict policy and procedure compliance, managing expense controls, and driving people development within the district.
A key part of your day involves personally visiting each store to assess store manager performance, offering the guidance necessary to maximize results. You will also lead the achievement of the district sales plan while controlling expenses and meeting company shrinkage goals. Additionally, you will oversee special projects, including store remodels, new openings, and closings, ensuring every location reflects the vibrant Spencer's brand.
