About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional for our North American Sales Engineering Group. This client-facing role is fast-paced, wide-ranging, and challenging, designed for individuals who thrive on a mixture of application development, hands-on coding, and strategic problem-solving. You will serve as a trusted advisor to development and delivery managers, senior architects, and clients, leveraging strong technical and business acumen to drive success.

In this position, you will partner with Account Representatives, System Integrators, and Project Managers to ensure long-term client relationships and successful implementations, particularly during early adoption phases and technically complex projects. Your day-to-day will involve designing and presenting Proofs of Concept (PoCs), recommending technical architectures and migration strategies, and delivering customized on-site training. You will also support beta test programs, contribute to marketing activities at trade shows, and create prototypes to enhance product offerings based on direct client feedback. Extensive regional travel is required to engage with clients and partners across North America.
